Effective 10 September 2026
Viral Downloader is made by ADX Fuel. This policy explains what the app does with information, in plain language. It applies to this Android app.
The app has no accounts. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or any other identity.
When you paste or share a video link, the app sends that link to our resolver at viraldownloader.adxfuel.com so it can locate the media. Our server records the link, the platform, whether the request succeeded, and your IP address. These records exist to stop abuse of the service and to diagnose failures, and are kept only for as long as that requires. We do not sell them and we do not use them for advertising.
The app periodically fetches a small configuration file from our server. That request, and the anonymous reports described below, carry the app version, the Android version and the device model, and no personal information. Separately, the advertising partner described under ADVERTISING receives ad requests from the app; those requests are governed by that section and by Google\'s policy, not by our resolver logs.
Downloaded videos are saved to your own gallery, in a folder named ViralDownloader, and never uploaded anywhere. The list of your downloads is stored only on your device. If the app includes an in-app browser, any session or cookies you create in it stay inside the app on your device and are never transmitted to us.
The app reads your clipboard only at the moment you tap the Paste button, and only to look for a link. It never reads the clipboard in the background.
Notifications: used only to show download progress and completion, and requested only after your first download starts. Storage (older Android versions only): used to save videos to your gallery. Internet: required to resolve and download.
The app records anonymous usage and failure events, for example which platform a download failed on, how long it took, and crash reports when the app stops unexpectedly. Each report carries the app version, the Android version and the device model so we can reproduce the problem. Reports never include the full link you pasted, only its general shape with identifiers removed, and contain no name, email, account or device identifier. Our own reports never include the advertising ID; only the advertising partner receives it, as described below. You can switch these reports off at any time in Settings.
The app shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may use your device\'s advertising ID and coarse device information to show and measure ads; in the EEA and UK you are asked for consent first and can change your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy options. Google\'s policy: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings.
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
You can delete any downloaded video from the app or your gallery at any time. Uninstalling the app removes everything it stored on your device. To ask about records held on our server, contact us through viraldownloader.adxfuel.com/contact/.
When this policy changes materially, the app will show the new version and ask you to accept it again.
